At Anderson Distillery and Grill, we pride ourselves on combining carefully-sourced ingredients with scratch-cooking to serve up gourmet sliders, fresh salads and loaded fries. Whether you live in Roanoke or are visiting “The Unique Dining Capital of Texas,” come take a bite out of distinctive flavors in a casual, industrial garage bar atmosphere.
Our ingredients are handpicked – and most come from Texas. We are the only Roanoke restaurant that uses HeartBrand® Akaushi beef. Texas-ranched with Japanese origins and a healthier alternative to other sources, HeartBrand® Akaushi beef is produced under rigorous quality guidelines and certified product testing. With beef, pork, chicken, sausage, meatball and mushroom options, we’ve got sliders for every taste, as well as garden-fresh salads, specialty fries and delicious sides – along with the World’s Ugliest Breakfast, an egg-based skillet creation – served all day long.
We also focus on small batch spirits utilizing Texas-sourced products. Our distillery specializes in rum, vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon and flavored liqueurs. We source each raw ingredient, develop our own recipes and focus on quality over quantity. Each batch is just under 150 gallons.
Sit back and enjoy our garage bar atmosphere. Anderson Distillery and Grill has glass walls that display impressive 125-gallon and 26-gallon column stills with other distillery equipment. Don’t miss our ‘fun’ door – a tribute to the historic 1886 Silver Spur Saloon in Roanoke, hand-painted panels above our bar depicting the distillation process, shuffleboard area, live music from local entertainers and more.
